Hello! I’m Louise a Fine Art Photographer and Artist based in Gloucestershire, UK, specialising in Abstracts and Nature. I enjoy experimenting with ICM, Multiple Exposure and Macro photography, using shapes, lines and textures to express my creative vision. I’m also fascinated by more intimate scenes within the larger landscape, allowing me to focus on intricate details and patterns which are often overlooked. 

I have always been creative and in 2004, I studied Art Foundation at Stroud College, it was during this course that I found a love for photography. From here, I went on to study Photographic Art at Newport University and graduated with a BA (Hons) in 2008.

After University I worked in the NHS manufacturing chemotherapy and then later as a landscape gardener in the Cotswolds. I always used art and photography as an escape from the everyday and as a way to allow me to be creative. After injuring my back I decided to focus solely on Art and Photography; I’ve worked commercially and on my own photographic art ever since.

I love being out in nature photographing whatever catches my eye but I also find inspiration in interesting architecture and experimenting in my home studio creating abstract, creative photography that the viewer is able to interpret in their own way.
